Welcome Aboard
This web site and blog is a work in progress and I’m clawing my way up the learning curve of how to best present a journal of Hearken’s travels in a way that is visually appealing, interesting and educational. We are looking forward to passing through the locations where so much early American history occurred, as well as photographing the scenery and wildlife along the way. It has been validated that more people climb Mount Everest in a year than complete the journey of America’s Great Loop. We are anticipating new friendships with other “Loopers” we meet along the route and sharing links to their posts also. So bear with me as this site evolves and if you have any tips or suggestions on how to make it better, or “must do stops along the route” please use the contact page to drop a note in the ship’s mail box.
